Individual prescriptions

Following the primary examination of the pregnant patient the doctor prescribes the required procedures, analyses and examinations, fills in a detailed chart of the pregnant and develops the individual program.

As a rule, during the primary examination at the 8-10 weeks gestational age the doctor tries to collect the maximum data about the woman’s health condition and assigns the following examinations:

-special gynecological examination;
-vaginal smear for analyzing flora and cytology;
-general blood test, determination of the blood group and Rh factor, common urine analysis, bacterial swab test;
-blood analysis for RW, HIV, Hbs-Ag (hepatitis B test);
-hemostatic system investigation (blood clotting);
– blood analysis for antibodies by Rh factor;
-US examination in 11th – 13th week for measuring the fetus collar area, detection or exclusion of the US symptoms of the congenital and chromosome pathology;
-individual programs of pregnancy management in Odessa;
-management of a singlet normal pregnancy;
-management of a normal pregnancy;
– management of a singlet complicated pregnancy;
– management of a singlet multifetal complicated pregnancy;
– management of a post-IVF pregnancy.

— immunization of women having the negative Rh so as to identify Rh incompatibility as early as possible.
