Pregnancy management is a subject matter of “Gameta” Medical Centre. In our Maternity Welfare Centre there are top-level obstetricians / gynecologists who have many years of work experience.

We manage pregnant women both of high and low risk:

• Those who have passed ART (IVF, ICSI, IMSI, PICSI, IUS, etc.);

The doctors of our Centre perform medical supervision and rehabilitation of the patients after birth:

• Ultrasonic screening in the 1^st and 2^nd trimesters of pregnancy (expert-class US unit);
• Expert US examination so as to exclude or specify congenital anomalies of the fetus;
• Software program “Astraia” which calculates the risks of the most spread chromosome syndromes, miscarriage and other pregnancy complications (preeclamsia and fetal growth retardation syndrome);
• In case of a high risk of chromosome anomalies it is possible to examine karyotype of the fetus with the aid of invasive methods (amniocentesis);
• Cardiotocography (CTG) on the fetal monitor “Sonicaid” — this is a safe method to register heart beat of the fetus, its locomotion and uterine tonus).
